The ceremonies took place on May 20th, at SCORE’s annual awards breakfast held at Old Yarmouth Inn, Yarmouthport, MA.  Wendy Northcross, Chief Executive Officer of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce (left) was the keynote speaker for the event, outlining a vision for cooperation and collaberation among organizations that provide regional support services for small businesses.  She encouraged businesses who are looking for funding to take advatage of these organizations.  "Banks are lending, but banks want to get paid back," she said.  You need to have your act together; you need to have a good pitch when you go to talk to the banks."

SCORE gratefully acknowledges Ritt Communications as a sponsor of the event.  The success of the annual Awards Breakfast was the result of the dedicated work by Jim Garpow, SCORE Counselor.
